Uterine notching is a normal phenomenon and in all uterine notching, it is normally seen through 24 weeks. It is said to be physiological. After 26 weeks, if the uterine notching persists, it’s a tendency towards preeclampsia, there is a tendency towards hypertension in the mother and so the preventive actions should be taken accordingly.
