Healthy Breakfast Options for Toddlers

Sunainaa Chadha of Toddler Baker shares a few tips on Healthy Breakfast Options for Toddlers that are super easy to achieve

So whenever we are traveling, which is all the time because you know Sam is a pilot and we try and get away. I want to carry a lot of travel snacks for Shreya.

So our go-to breakfast snack is our homemade granola, and we all swear by it because it’s just a combination of nut seeds and rolled oats.

And I’ll tell you the nuts that I use, I use almonds, walnuts, cashews, chironji (or charoli)- I don’t know what it’s called in English, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, amaranth seeds, flaxseed. And I also add a bit of banana to it because Shreya does not like eating bananas. And then I top it up with honey and bake it and it turns out to be super yummy and I just give her box and she goes on the beach and starts that’s her morning routine when we’re traveling.
